Morning At Erdington Abbey

My first solo piano release for the year, Morning At Erdington Abbey.

“I was inspired by the keyboard works of George Frideric Handel when composing this piece. Originally titled ‘Abbey Song,’ my composition was first set for portative organ. Unpublished for some time, I felt it needed to find a home in a larger music collection.
Upon conceiving my latest project, ‘I Might Be Praying,’ this musical suite centered in Birmingham, England, felt appropriate. Retitled ‘Morning At Erdington Abbey,’ a piano version opens my upcoming Birmingham soundscape.”

Seven Sorrows (For The Innocents)

The second track from "I Might Be Praying" hits streaming services on March 22nd. Titled "Seven Sorrows (For The Innocents)," the shape of the album begins to unfold with prayerful motifs set upon an English urban soundscape.

New Sheet Music - Lament

I am happy to announce new sheet music available. “Lament” from the album “All You Need” is now available for purchase.

Starting slowly in a minor key, the lament moves into an experience of joy, with a quicker major key allegro section before returning to the original minor key motif.

This piece is for the intermediate to advanced pianist with the ability to reach tenths in the left hand.

Notes From The Studio

The new album “I Might Be Praying” is complete. It will start to release one track per month over the next several months before the complete album drops on all major music streaming services.

I’m currently composing and recording the last few songs for a second album scheduled towards the end of 2024. More details to follow, though the current project takes me out of the solo piano world and into an environment of orchestral cinematic compositions along with ambient explorations.
